Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website only — sunshinegolfholdings.com, the public pages operated by Sunshine Golf Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). It is a brochure site with no accounts behind it. A small number of pages carry a form for clubs who want us to contact them; any page that collects information says so on the page itself, and what those forms collect is described below.

The Fairways product is a separate thing with a separate policy. If you log in to the web app at app.sunshinegolfholdings.com, or use the Fairways or Fairways Operator mobile apps, what happens to your information there is governed by the Fairways Privacy Policy, not by this page. Nothing described below applies to that service, and nothing in that policy describes this website.

What we collect here

Unless a page has a form on it, a visit produces only the following on its own. There are no accounts on this site and no page asks you to create one.

• Server logs — our web server records the standard details of each request: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, referring page, and the date and time. We use these to keep the site up, and to investigate errors and abuse.
• Usage analytics — if you allow analytics, pages of this site load Microsoft Clarity, which records how the page is used (clicks, scrolling, and general session behavior) so we can tell whether these pages read clearly. Where a page has a form, its fields are masked so what you type into it is not recorded.
• Visitor identification — if you allow visitor identification, pages of this site load RB2B, a service that may recognize a visit from the United States and match it to a business profile it already holds, such as a name, job title, company, and LinkedIn profile, and share that profile with us. RB2B does this with its own data and cookies, not with anything you type on this site. We use it to follow up with clubs that have shown interest in Fairways.
• Anything you send us in the chat window — the home page has a chat window for questions. If you use it, we receive your messages and any name, email address, or phone number you give, so we can answer you.
• Anything you choose to email us — if you write to one of the addresses on this site, we have whatever you put in that email. We use it to answer you.

Forms

Some pages on this site carry a form for clubs who want us to get in touch. Filling one in is entirely voluntary, and the page it sits on explains what it is for. Some forms, such as the one that unlocks the product walkthrough on the home page, ask only for your email address. Depending on the form, if you submit one we receive some or all of:

• Your contact details — name, club name, email address, and phone number, so we can reach you.
• What you tell us about your club — your role, location, club type, the events you run and when, what software you use today, when it suits you to talk, who else is involved in the decision, and anything you add in your own words.
• How you arrived — the campaign tags in the link you followed and the page that referred you, so we can tell which outreach is worth repeating.

We use this to contact you, to set your club up if you decide to go ahead, and for nothing else. Pilot form submissions are stored in the Fairways system and reach our team by email. The email-only forms on the home page reach our team by email and are not otherwise stored. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a marketing list from it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named below. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Third parties your browser contacts

Four things on these pages are loaded from other companies' servers. That request alone tells them your IP address and browser, the same as visiting any page that uses them:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces on every page of this site are served by Google.
• Microsoft Clarity — the analytics described above, only if you allow it.
• RB2B — the visitor identification described above, only if you allow it.
• LeadConnector (HighLevel) — the chat window on the home page. It loads from LeadConnector's servers, and what you type into it is delivered to us through LeadConnector.

Links on this site to app.sunshinegolfholdings.com leave this website. Once you follow one, the Fairways Privacy Policy governs instead.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner asks whether this site may use cookies. Microsoft Clarity and RB2B load only after you accept them, either together or one at a time under Manage options, and neither loads until you choose. Once loaded, Clarity sets its own cookies to recognize a returning session and RB2B sets its own cookies to recognize a visitor.

We set no cookies of our own. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. The chat window on the home page stores its own data in your browser so a conversation carries over if you come back. To change your choice at any time, use Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page. Blocking cookies or scripts in your browser, or using an extension that blocks analytics, also prevents them and does not otherwise affect this site.

What we do not do here

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not run advertising, and we do not use what you do here to target ads to you elsewhere.
• We do not run a mailing list here. Submitting a form means we may contact you about Fairways, and it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
• We collect no payment information, and this site takes no payments.

Sharing

Beyond the four providers named above and our hosting provider, Hetzner, which runs the servers this site is served from, we share nothing from this website. The one addition applies to forms: what you submit through the pilot form is stored in our own systems, and Resend, our email provider, delivers the internal notification to our team and, for the pilot form, your confirmation email. We do not sell any of it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting and then rotated out. Analytics data is retained by Microsoft under Clarity's own retention schedule, and RB2B keeps what it holds under its own policy. Email you send us, and chat conversations, are kept as long as needed to handle your question. Form submissions are kept while we are in contact with you and afterward as a record of the enquiry, until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

We hold no account for you here, so unless you have submitted a form, used the chat window, or emailed us there is nothing of yours for us to look up. If you have done any of these and want that record corrected or deleted, or you have a question about this policy, write to privacy@sunshinegolfholdings.com. To stop RB2B from identifying you, turn it off in Cookie settings, or use the opt-outs on RB2B's Your Privacy Choices page; blocking cookies or scripts in your browser also prevents it. For anything concerning a Fairways account, use the contact details in the Fairways Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
